3. Domestic Payments (India)

• All payments are processed in INR.
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian laws.
• Failed or reversed transactions will be credited within 7–10 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.

4. International Payments

• International payments are accepted via Razorpay-supported international cards.
• Currency conversion and foreign bank charges may apply.
• The final amount debited depends on prevailing exchange rates.
• International refunds may take 10–15 working days.

5. Advance Payments & Refunds

• Certain treatments may require advance or full payment.
• Refund eligibility depends on the treatment stage and cancellation timing.
• No refunds will be issued once the treatment has started or services have been availed.

6. Payment Security

• Razorpay uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
• Aesthetic Art does not store card, CVV, or banking details on its servers.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or block any transaction suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of Razorpay policies.
